• Dr. Arvind Mehra is a highly experienced Traumatologist, boasting over 19 years of specialized expertise in managing complex trauma, bone, joint, and spine conditions through advanced minimally invasive techniques. Having successfully performed more than 20,000 surgeries, he is particularly skilled in addressing challenging fractures, joint replacements, and pediatric orthopedic cases, including deformity corrections and limb lengthening, often utilizing stitch-less procedures. Practicing in Gurugram for the past 25 years, Dr. Mehra earned his medical degree from the University College of Medical Sciences in Delhi and went on to complete his master’s training at Lady Hardinge Medical College. He is currently the Chief of Orthopedics and Trauma at Paras Hospital in Gurugram, where he leads a thriving practice, seeing around 50 patients in OPD daily and performing approximately 300 surgeries each month.
