• Dr. Ashok K. Vaid is a highly respected medical oncologist renowned for his role in establishing one of North India's largest private-sector stem cell transplant programs. He currently leads as Chairman of Medical Oncology, Hematology, and Stem Cell Transplant at Medanta Cancer Institute in Gurugram. With over 30 years of expertise, his focus areas include cancer genomics, immunotherapy, precision oncology, dendritic cell therapy, and stem cell transplants. Honored with the Padma Shri in 2009, Dr. Vaid has served as Principal Investigator in numerous national and international research studies, publishing widely in his field. Holding a DM in Medical Oncology from Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, he also contributes to medical education as a teacher and examiner for advanced oncology studies.
